Refund Policy
If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back.

First payment: 14-day refund
Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms. Your account moves to the Free plan when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded once they are charged, but you can cancel at any time from Settings to stop the next one. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If you forgot to cancel and have not used the plan since the renewal, ask within 7 days and we will usually refund it.
When we always refund
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
- The service was unavailable for a large part of the period you paid for.
- We removed a feature your plan included and you cancel because of it (prorated).
How to ask
Use the contact form with the topic "Billing", from the email address on your account, or email [email protected]. You can also reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or request a refund through Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Any statutory right you have to cancel and be refunded applies in addition to this policy.
